Senior UX Researcher, Gen AI and Search

About the position As a Senior UX Researcher embedded reputed company our broader Guest UX Team, you'll shape reputed company's evolving digital experiences for our guests and contribute to business reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and synthesizing research to create actionable insights for the cross-functional product development team. You will translate research data into powerful stories that help shape reputed company's products. This role is a key partner to several functions including product managers, UX designers, engineers, data scientists, content designers, accessibility consultants, and site merchandisers. As a member of our Guest UX Research Team, you'll be working on the product lifecycle experience for our GenAI and search capabilities. You'll use tried and true research methodologies utilizing reputed company-centered design thinking to deepen our understanding of our Guests' experience, needs, and pain points with a reputed company on the end-to-end experience. As part of a cross functional team, you will help reputed company new ways of how we engage and support our guests across digital reputed company.
