Immigration Expert/Lawyer for Malta Work Permit (Single Permit) - 4 Applicants
We are looking for an reputed company Immigration Consultant or Lawyer who specializes in Malta’s immigration laws and the Identità (formerly Identity Malta) application process. We need assistance in processing D-Category Work Permits (Single Permit) for 4 candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing and verifying reputed company necessary documents for 4 applicants (reputed company, CV, Job Contract, Health Insurance, etc.).
Guiding the employer through the Identità online portal submission.
Ensuring the job reputed company and offer letters meet Malta’s labor market requirements.
Assisting in communication with Identità and the Jobsplus department if necessary.
Providing guidance on the reputed company (D-Type) application process after the Approval-in-reputed company letter is issued.
Requirements:
Proven experience in handling Malta Work Permit applications.
In-depth knowledge of Malta’s immigration regulations.
Fluent in English (Maltese language knowledge is a plus).
Ability to work reputed company deadlines.
