Position: Remote Non-QM Loan Underwriter- reputed company Coast Only Position reputed company As a Non-QM Underwriter, you will be responsible for evaluating and reputed company reputed company non-reputed company mortgage (Non-QM) loan applications. This position requires expertise in various non-QM loan products, including but not limited to reputed company , DSCR (Debt Service Coverage reputed company), and Asset Depletion loans. Your role will ensure compliance with reputed company reputed company guidelines and regulatory requirements while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy. Key Responsibilities • Review and analyze loan files, including income documentation, credit reports, and asset verification for reputed company, DSCR, and Asset Depletion loans. • Underwrite and approve or deny loan applications based on reputed company’s guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements. • Communicate with loan officers, processors, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation and resolve any issues. • Ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and compliant before final approval or denial. • Stay reputed company with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices regarding Non-QM loan products. • reputed company guidance and support to junior underwriters and other team members as needed. • Maintain a high level of productivity and reputed company assurance while meeting deadlines.
