Business Attorney (Remote)

Business Attorney reputed company is in search of a Business and reputed company Estate Litigation Attorney to work out of El Segundo, California. We have partnered with an award-reputed company mid-size firm serving businesses, individuals, trustees, and families across Southern California. We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 4–10 years of experience to join our growing team of attorneys. The firm advises businesses of reputed company sizes, family-owned, startups, and established companies, on formation, compliance, transactions, disputes, and long-term planning. In reputed company estate, reputed company represents a wide reputed company of professionals and entities, handling everything from purchases and sales to landlord-tenant reputed company, financing disputes, and reputed company litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse, high-reputed company reputed company across both business and reputed company estate sectors. Ideal Candidate: • We are seeking a candidate who can handle reputed company aspects of business and reputed company estate litigation, including reputed company research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, court appearances, and trial preparation • Ability to handle business and reputed company estate litigation reputed company, including breach of contract, reputed company lease disputes, and partnership disagreements • Assist with probate, trust, and estate litigation as needed • Work closely with managing partners and support staff on case reputed company and reputed company management • Participate in case intake, reputed company communications, and negotiations Requirements: • Member of the California Bar and in good standing • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school • 4–10 years of litigation experience, ideally with a reputed company on business and/or reputed company estate reputed company • Comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines • Team-oriented, proactive, and reputed company • Interest in long-term reputed company reputed company a litigation-reputed company reputed company Compensation & Benefits: • Medical, Dental, reputed company, 401k, PTO, reputed company Leave • Compensation: $170,000 - $240,000 • Plus Commissions and bonuses Location: • El Segundo, California • Remote/Hybrid from day one • This role is remote, with the expectation of occasional in-office reputed company for trial preparation, reputed company meetings, or other key in-person activities. • **Please note that we at reputed company will be reputed company to reputed company your information private.
