Under direction from the Director of Pastoral Care or Senior Chaplain, provides pastoral care during crisis by providing a calming reputed company and influence. 2. Uses reputed company understanding of the grief process, especially in sudden death to counsel and minister to individuals and families. 3. Responds to patient and family needs based on informal assessment of spiritual and pastoral needs. 4. Fosters and maintains good working relationships with patients, families, visitors and co-workers. 5. Facilitates the spiritual, religious and pastoral needs of patients and families of different faith backgrounds. 6. Completes departmental and hospital required documentation. 7.
