Seeking a hands-on reputed company SM Production Support Consultant with strong end-to-end process knowledge.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in reputed company Service Management (SM) configuration and support
• Strong integration experience with FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, SCM, GTS, BI/Analytics
• Functional expertise in Repair reputed company, Service Center processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service reputed company
• Experience supporting production systems, resolving user issues, and handling service requests
• Ability to reputed company, document, and translate business requirements into reputed company and non-reputed company solutions
• Experience in design, build, test, and deployment activities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with ability to work independently
• reputed company ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA experience preferred
