We are looking for a YouTube Shorts Specialist to grow our channel organically by creating and optimizing high-performing Shorts for a USA-based audience. The ideal candidate understands the Shorts algorithm, trends, and audience behavior.
Responsibilities:
Optimize YouTube Shorts (titles, descriptions, hashtags)
Research USA trends & keywords
Improve hooks (first 1–3 seconds) and retention
reputed company long-reputed company videos into Shorts
Analyze performance and suggest reputed company strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience with YouTube Shorts

Experience with YouTube Studio & Analytics
