BIM Specialist Needed to Create Lightweight Revit / Archicad Object from STEP File
We are looking for a BIM specialist to create clean, lightweight BIM objects for our products Fietshangar 1.8 and Fietshangar 2.5.
The intended use of these products is bicycle parking and storage, specifically as a collective bicycle locker.
We will provide the available source files from the following page: https://www.fietshangar.nl/architectural-files
These include .STEP, .3DM, .DWG, and .SKP files. The product geometry and dimensions are fixed and must remain exact. No parametric resizing or redesign is required.
The goal is to produce native BIM objects that work reliably in Revit and Archicad, have a small file size, and display cleanly in plans, sections, and 3D views. The objects should be suitable for repeated use across multiple projects and for inclusion in a public BIM library.
Deliverables
Native Revit family (.RFA) and Archicad object (.GSM)
