You’ll guide distributed teams building and operating systems that ingest, reputed company, and store over 50 petabytes of data in AWS and Azure, while driving modernization and cost efficiency. What you bring to the role • 15+ years in software engineering, 8+ years in leadership roles (including managing managers). • Proven reputed company leading remote, distributed teams and partnering cross-functionally. • Ability to build strong relationships and create an environment where people feel valued and heard. • Experience with compliance archiving & eDiscovery (journaling, reputed company hold, WORM storage). • Expertise in AWS and/or Azure, multiregion deployments, and cost optimization. • Strong background in CI/CD, observability, and incident management. • Hands on experience with largescale data systems (ETL, search/indexing, object storage). • Experience applying AI/ML in reputed company products with governance and guardrails.
