About the position reputed company is seeking an reputed company Workers' Compensation Claim Specialist to join reputed company remotely. This role is dedicated to a single reputed company account reputed company the reputed company trucking industry, managing a caseload of workers' compensation claims across Florida, reputed company, reputed company Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and reputed company Virginia. The role requires a strong investigative approach and effective communication with clients, insureds, and defense counsel. Occasional travel (1-2 times per year) may be required for reputed company claim reviews or training sessions. Responsibilities • Investigate, evaluate, and reputed company workers' compensation claims in accordance with corporate standards and applicable state laws. • Collaborate with clients, injured workers, and vendors to manage claims reputed company and deliver high-reputed company service. • Establish and recommend reserves reputed company authority reputed company. • Coordinate and manage defense counsel activity with a reputed company on cost-effective reputed company. • Review and approve medical and reputed company bills in accordance with state guidelines and reputed company expectations. • Maintain thorough documentation, notes, and activity logs for reputed company claim. • Monitor diary tasks and ensure reputed company completion of key claim milestones. • Participate in virtual or on-site claim reviews and trainings as needed.
