[Remote] Middle QA Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Suntech Innovation is a product R&D company that creates solutions for the dynamic iGaming ecosystem. They are currently looking for a Middle QA Engineer to join their Data & Analytics team, focusing on validating data logic and ensuring reporting accuracy for a B2B data platform. Responsibilities • Functional manual testing of Web application (desktop and mobile versions) • Regression, Smoke, Story, Exploratory testing • Integration testing of different products (internal and external 3rd parties products) • API testing (Swagger, Postman) • Requirements analysis and test efforts estimation • Bugs reporting and retesting • Test-cases/scenarios documentation and support in Jira and TestRail • Test documentation support in Confluence • Issue root causes investigation using system logs, DB queries (MySQL), etc • Tests runs reporting Skills • 2+ years experience as manual QA (web projects) • Strong practical experience with SQL language • Practical experience with browser Dev Tools • Test techniques knowledge and practical implementation • Knowledge of SDLC and bug/story life-cycle • Strong understanding of Agile (SCRUM) • Basic experience with some programming language (preferably Python) • Basic PowerBI knowledge • Upper-intermediate English writing and speaking skills • Strong analytical skills • Keen on details and accuracy • Ability to work in fast-paced environment • Strong communication and problem solving skills • Self-motivated and disciplined • Continuous learner • Product goals-oriented • Team player • Practical experience with Jenkins or other CI build systems (build, deploy) • Practical experience with REST API • Experience with version control systems (GIT) • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS • ISTQB certification or similar Benefits • Medical insurance coverage • English language courses • Wellbeing package: online-yoga classes, Yakaboo, BetterMe App: Health Coaching, BetterMe App: Mental Health • Corporate events and fun team-building activities. • Remote-first culture: we primarily work remotely, have an office in Kyiv, and provide coworking compensation in other cities during blackouts.
