The Family Realtor® – Estate & Legacy Planning Advocate
Overview
We have designed and created a new category in real estate—where trusted Realtors help families protect, organize, and transition their legacy while becoming the long-term advocate for the family’s property decisions.
As The Family Realtor®, you will work with families during the estate and legacy planning process, helping them identify and organize all properties and real-estate assets across generations. In doing so, you become embedded within the family structure—positioned as their go-to real estate professional for guidance, referrals, and future buy/sell decisions.
This role does not replace your existing real estate business, replace your broker or appoint you to a team. Instead, it supplements and amplifies your current business model, creating a steady, relationship-driven pipeline of qualified leads while delivering exceptional value to your clients.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the Family Advocate for Real Estate during the estate and legacy planning process
• Help families identify, document, and organize all real estate assets (homes, land, investment properties, vacation properties, etc.)
• Participate in an estate-planning–centered engagement that naturally reveals future real estate needs
• Become positioned as “The Family Realtor” for multiple generations within the same family
• Build relationships with heirs, beneficiaries, trustees, and decision-makers before properties ever go to market
• Collaborate within a structured estate-planning ecosystem designed to generate long-term referrals and repeat business
How You’re Compensated
• After a brief training and onboarding period, Realtors are compensated on every estate plan created
• Receive direct referrals to other family members for real estate needs—sales, purchases, relocations, and property transitions
