As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering value to our clients and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You'll provide world-class customer service to clients and drivers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer support to clients and drivers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Handling calls in an efficient manner, minimizing driver/client time to resolve issues.
- Striving for first call resolution and exhibiting applicable empathy during interactions to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Assessing customer needs, clarifying information, researching any issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
- Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Working effectively in a team environment and providing back-up support for administrative tasks when needed.
- Regularly attending work during scheduled shifts.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service work experience, with contact center experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and multitasking skills.
- The ability to consider and incorporate perspectives from others.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
