What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. Your primary mode of communication will be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for each customer, and following up as needed to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms to provide exceptional service and support

What You'll Need
