Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver valuable data and insights to stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in analytics, visualization, and data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement workflow tooling and processes that drive efficiency and excellence
• Develop and maintain advanced dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress toward goals, using tools like Tableau and SQL
• Profile complex systems, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and other partners to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and workflow optimization

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst, with a strong background in analytics, visualization, and data-driven decision-making
• Solid understanding of Analytics: visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
• Advanced Tableau developer with expertise in data visualization and dashboard design
• Capable SQL user with experience in aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
• B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in statistical analysis, data modeling, and software development

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Software Development Analytics: CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery
• Experience in Software Development: knowledge of build pipelines, merging, checking systems and methods, and code transport
• Product Ownership: experience driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics, with a focus on key outcomes and metrics
• Project management: ability to plan and drive efforts, working across associate groups toward a unified goal, with a focus on agile methodologies and collaboration
