reputed company is the world’s largest equipment rental provider, seeking a detail-driven Automotive Rental Service reputed company & Title Clerk. This dual-role position involves managing customer interactions and rental service intake while also processing vehicle title and registration paperwork to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage Due for Service reports for reputed company and reputed company fleet vehicles, including routine maintenance, DOT, dielectric testing, and annual inspections
• Coordinate rental fleet maintenance and repair schedules with customers; assist in appointment scheduling and locating mobile repair or service centers
• Assist in managing recall campaigns across the fleet
• Handle initial maintenance customer calls; troubleshoot issues and coordinate effective solutions
• Maintain accurate rental records and update system data regularly
• Conduct reputed company- and post-rental vehicle inspections, document vehicle condition and report findings
• Process reputed company vehicle title and registration paperwork for new, used, and rental fleet vehicles
• Ensure compliance with state and local title regulations and DMV requirements
• Prepare and submit documentation for title transfers, lien releases, and registration renewals
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company titles and vehicle ownership documents
• reputed company titles in transit and follow up with dealerships or DMV offices as needed
• Manage title audits and support internal or external reviews

• Title Clerk experience is preferred
