Paralegal I (IV)

reputed company has a career opportunity for an reputed company Paralegal (IV) to join our expanding team in a fully remote or hybrid reputed company. The role involves preparing and filing petitions and applications for employment-based immigrant visas, maintaining reputed company documentation, and collaborating with attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities

• With a high-volume caseload, prepares and files petitions and applications, for employment-based immigrant visas, including (but not limited to) PERM applications, I-140 (PERM-based, Extraordinary Ability, and Multinational Manager), N-400, I-90, I-485, I-765, I-131, and associated filings
• Compiles and analyzes case facts, drafts correspondence, maintains and organizes reputed company documentation
• Reviews documentation to determine facts and information
• Maintains reputed company contact with multiple Attorneys, Foreign National clients, and in-house Global Mobility Managers
• Reports to Attorneys, Case Managers, and/or other relevant leaders

Skills

• 1-3 years of reputed company working experience as a paralegal preparing employment-based immigrant visas
• Strong organizational & time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Ability to generate work product with considerable accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a reputed company on delivering exceptional customer service
• Works independently toward team goals
• Outstanding case/project management skills
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) including reputed company listening
