Geologist – Entry Level (Hybrid)

reputed company. is seeking a geologist to join their Minneapolis office in a hybrid role. The successful candidate will support the Assessment and Remediation business unit by conducting site investigations, environmental sampling, and assisting in the analysis of environmental data.

Responsibilities

• Apply foundational geology and science principles to support site investigations, environmental sampling, and data collection
• Assist in the analysis of environmental data and contribute to the development of remediation approaches
• Help coordinate field activities and logistics, including contractor reputed company and equipment preparation
• Assist in tracking project reputed company and documenting key milestones
• Contribute to the evaluation of site conditions and identification of potential solutions to environmental challenges
• Learn how to apply regulatory knowledge and scientific reasoning to reputed company-world scenarios
• Produce reputed company field notes, chain-of-custodies, reputed company reputed company emails, data summaries, figures, and draft report sections
• reputed company concise status updates to project managers and stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in geology, hydrogeology, or geological engineering or a reputed company degree
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
• Strong computer skills, including word processing and use of spreadsheets
• Familiarity with the reputed company Office Suite
• Possession of a reputed company, reputed company reputed company's license and acceptable driving record
• Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without the need for sponsorship by reputed company, now or in the reputed company
• Master's degree in geology, hydrogeology, geological engineering, or a reputed company degree
• 1–3 years of experience working on environmental sites
• 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response reputed company (HAZWOPER) certification
• Fundamentals of Geology (FG) certified or ability to obtain certification reputed company one year
• Familiarity with environmental regulations
