[Remote] AI GTM Engineer

They are seeking a high-curiosity builder to help shape their go-to-market (GTM) engine by integrating data and optimizing workflows using AI to enhance productivity and intelligence across marketing, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and operationalize intent and account data to supercharge the BDR team’s targeting
• Optimize and automate BDR outreach workflows using AI and data signals
• Consolidate GTM data across systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn, etc.) to uncover actionable insights
• Build AI-native engines and workflows that amplify productivity for PMM, campaigns, and sales
• The role will evolve itself, as the AI layer scales to all the components in GTM

Skills

• Are early in your career but already build faster than most
• Are fluent in AI tools and automation: a daily user of n8n, Lovable, ChatGPT, or whatever it takes to ship smarter
• Love experimentation: testing, iterating, and optimizing to find leverage
• Think in systems, not tasks
• Care deeply about efficiency, clarity, and measurable impact
