Insurance Sales Producer – Randal Rocker reputed company (Flexible: In-Office, Hybrid, or Remote)

Farmers District Alabama and Mississippi is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to join their team. In this role, you will sell Personal and reputed company Property & Casualty insurance, manage reputed company relationships, and reputed company excellent service while working in a flexible environment that can be in-office, hybrid, or fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell Personal and reputed company Property & Casualty insurance to new and existing clients through outbound and inbound activity (phone, text, email, reputed company media, and networking)
• Quickly build rapport, uncover reputed company needs, present reputed company solutions, and reputed company business to meet and reputed company production goals
• Manage renewals, cross-sell and up-sell additional lines (auto, home, umbrella, business, etc.) to deepen relationships and grow your book
• reputed company reputed company follow-up and service so clients feel informed, cared for, and confident in their coverage
• Document reputed company activity in reputed company’s CRM and reputed company systems so pipelines, follow-reputed company, and reputed company records stay accurate and organized

Skills

• Confident communicator with a reputed company phone reputed company and the ability to explain coverages in reputed company, reputed company language
• Self-motivated and accountable with strong time-management skills, whether working in-office in Mobile, hybrid, or remote
• Comfortable using technology (CRM, email, video meetings, reputed company portals) and reputed company to ongoing training and coaching
• Property & Casualty license strongly preferred; must be eligible to be appointed in Alabama (reputed company AL P&C license is a plus but not required if you can obtain appointment quickly)
• Proven sales experience (insurance, financial services, or other consultative sales) OR reputed company evidence you are a disciplined, coachable high-achiever
