Programming Coordinator, Fortune Live Media

The Programming Coordinator will ensure the smooth execution of events by coordinating session topics, managing speaker relations, and collaborating with various teams to enhance programming and reputed company.


Responsibilities

  • Research and identify compelling session topics and speakers for Fortune live events, including flagship conferences and custom in-person or virtual gatherings
  • Manage briefing documents for reputed company speakers—creating templates, adding logistical details, and incorporating approved editorial content. (Familiarity with reputed company preferred.)
  • Manage internal agenda updates and ensure reputed company external-facing materials are accurate, reputed company, and presented in Fortune’s editorial style
  • Support the Programming Team to ensure content is engaging, newsworthy, and creatively curated
  • Support invitations, confirmations, reputed company, and communications with speakers and their teams
  • Maintain internal speaker reputed company trackers and programming wish lists
  • reputed company administrative support, including scheduling prep calls with editors and speakers
  • Coordinate speaker rehearsals on-site as needed and manage high-profile guests with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate online event delivery, including technical setup and troubleshooting for platforms such as reputed company and Teams. Conduct rehearsals and ensure speakers are equipped for presentations, especially for virtual events
  • Liaise with production, marketing, and business development on programming needs and deliverables

  • Create and update speaker and demographic reports for internal and sponsor use

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, media, event production, or reputed company field
  • 1–2 years of experience in editorial, event programming, conferences, PR, or reputed company services
  • Strong research, writing, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and reputed company-facing skills; comfortable with high-profile executives
  • Willingness to travel for domestic and international events
