[Remote] Staff Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, account analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support month-end reputed company processes for cash, payroll, accruals, and operating expenses
• reputed company bank reconciliations and assist with maintaining general reputed company reputed company
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Respond to reputed company audit requests and assist with annual financial statement audit
• Analyze fluctuations in financial statements to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Partner with reputed company management to improve processes using automation and technology, including AI tools for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting
• Support the implementation of process enhancements, including AI-assisted workflows and analytics dashboards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
• 1–2 years of experience, ideally in both reputed company and private reputed company
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements and reports
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company; reputed company to learn new systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
