They are seeking a Collections Representative to proactively contact customers with overdue accounts and help them maintain consistent loan payments while navigating difficult customer situations with professionalism and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls reputed company to address customers with delinquent loan payments
• Negotiate and execute effective payment arrangements, reputed company following reputed company's specific reputed company reputed company to bring overdue accounts reputed company

Skills

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high volume debt collections environment, successfully managing both inbound and outbound calls and consistently meeting daily reputed company volume targets
• Exceptional conflict reputed company and communication skills, including proven proficiency in reputed company listening and the application of de-escalation techniques during challenging calls
• Strong negotiation abilities, capable of balancing adherence to company policy with genuine customer reputed company to secure successful payment arrangements or settlements
