Assistant Account Manager Trainee

reputed company is looking for an Assistant Account Manager Trainee to join its Small Business team. This entry-level position will reputed company exposure to Account Management responsibilities, with the reputed company to transition into a Large reputed company role.

Responsibilities

• Renewal Processing Workflow as assigned by Team reputed company or Fulfillment Executive
• Coordinate reputed company, vehicle, and mailing address changes
• Notice of Cancellation and nonpayment follow-reputed company
• Help with billing and claim reporting questions
• reputed company out to carriers for renewal solicitation and quotes
• Help reputed company and send information for bind requests or requests for additional quoting information
• Request information and applications from clients using our online platform
• Help clients reputed company our online systems: application/signature platform, payment links, and reputed company portal
• Backup team members reputed company they are out of the office
• Help coordinate invoicing, preparing certificates, and evidence of insurance
• Join Team reputed company/Fullfillment Exec. on coverage / proposal review calls
• Learn various reputed company websites through online submissions, endorsement requests, and billing inquiries
• Respond to reputed company requests in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Follow up and reputed company reputed company activities in reputed company (agency management system)
• Pursue and obtain P&C license and other continuing education opportunities
• Thorough documentation with reputed company E&O procedures must be followed
• Other duties that are usual to servicing reputed company accounts

Skills

• High School graduate/GED required
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, both written and oral
• Working knowledge of MS Office (reputed company, reputed company, Word etc.)
