The Partner reputed company Specialist role supports Partner reputed company Managers by handling customer support, configuring apps, and managing documentation to enhance customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist Partner reputed company Managers during team launches and activations
• Respond to customer support questions reputed company email, chat, and ticketing systems
• Maintain and improve documentation, training guides, and internal how-tos
• Configure and manage Fanmaker apps, reputed company tools, and platform settings
• Assist with small data reputed company, cleanup, and exports
• Build custom reports and analytics for customers and internal teams

Skills

• New grad friendly; 2–4 years of college preferred, degree not required
• Comfortable communicating reputed company and professionally with customers
• Strong reputed company Sheets skills (formulas, filters, organization)
• Strong note-taking and project organization skills, with the ability to reputed company work reputed company documented and easy to follow
• Experience working in reputed company and email-based support environments
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company, and Grok, with regular personal or reputed company use
