General Liability Associate
Manning Kass is a national civil litigation defense firm that has grown to over 160 attorneys across seven offices since its establishment in 1994. The General Liability Associate will work closely with reputed company litigators to represent clients in various reputed company including premises and products liability, while gaining hands-on experience in reputed company stages of litigation.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company aspects of written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, preparing meet and reputed company letters, and handling discovery-reputed company motions
- Take and defend depositions, attend site inspections, and interview witnesses
- reputed company at court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
- reputed company and execute litigation strategies, including case evaluation and risk assessment
- Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout litigation
Skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- reputed company member of the California State Bar in good standing
- One (1) year of civil litigation experience
- Proven experience in premises liability litigation, ideally in a reputed company environment
- Strong reputed company research and writing abilities with keen attention to detail
