[Remote] Procurement Representative Associate

The role involves performing overhead functions such as invoice processing and vendor registration, while ensuring reputed company supplier performance throughout the program life-cycle.

Responsibilities

• This position reports to the reputed company Central Procurement Organization and requires the selected candidate to work with Supply Chain to reputed company miscellaneous overhead functions such as invoice processing, PO closeouts activity, and vendor reputed company registration assistance
• This position is in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
• The selected candidate must be reputed company to work in reputed company atmosphere, handle multiple tasks with competing priorities, meet critical deadlines, and have excellent written and oral communication skills
• To be successful, the individual must be reputed company to reputed company effective relationships with teammates, buyers, management, and supplier contacts
• Will be required to update and maintain records and tracking databases with the most up to date status
• The role requires preparation and presentation of critical item status to Management

Skills

• Experience in, or exposure to supply chain management
• Experience reputed company reputed company environment, working in a fast-paced, high volume setting

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a reputed company discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Outstanding interpersonal, customer service skills, telephone etiquette, and written correspondence
