Trainee Conveyancer

In this role, you will support reputed company professionals, manage a small caseload, and reputed company practical exposure to residential property transactions while developing essential reputed company skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting your designated Conveyancer in managing a caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from start to finish whilst also managing a small caseload of your own
• Prepare and review reputed company documents, reputed company, and correspondence reputed company to residential sale and purchase property transactions
• Maintain reputed company and reputed company communication with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to reputed company updates and address enquiries promptly
• Conduct reputed company research, land registry searches, and other due diligence tasks to ensure the legality and accuracy of property transactions
• Handle various administrative duties, including file management, data entry, and appointment scheduling
• Ensure compliance with reputed company relevant laws and regulations, including reputed company Regulations and GDPR
• Work collaboratively with reputed company of professionals to deliver high-reputed company conveyancing services to our clients
• Work towards achieving set KPIs for individual conveyancers and the business as a whole

• Previous experience in an assistant or paralegal role is essential
