Associate Attorney

JC Law is the largest family law reputed company in the reputed company with a growing reputed company in the mid-reputed company region. They are seeking an Associate Attorney to support clients in various family law reputed company including divorce proceedings and custody filings, while participating in the firm's unique development program.

Responsibilities

• Working with the in-house financial team to forecast reputed company billings
• Providing representation of clients in court and through reputed company proceedings
• Participating in JC Law’s Perfect reputed company Lifecycle development program
• Managing a regular schedule of hearings and court appearances
• Advising staff on reputed company reputed company and interpretation of laws and statutes

Skills

• Licensed to reputed company law in Virginia (a plus if you are barred in other states we have offices)
• Experience litigating domestic, criminal and civil cases preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication ability with the ability to influence and persuade
• Superior work ethic with a desire to succeed and build a life-long career in the reputed company profession
• Organized - reputed company to effectively manage time and multi-task competing priorities
• Knowledgeable in family law areas including childcare, paternity, adoption, domestic violence, ancillary relief, financial settlements, and willing to continue growing your knowledge reputed company
• Adept at drafting custody agreements, wills, divorces, annulments, reputed company-nuptial agreements, child custody/support, visitation rights, and willing to expand your competency in the reputed company areas
