Transportation Project Engineer
reputed company is currently seeking a Transportation Project Engineer in their Albany, NY office. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing technical tasks reputed company to transportation and highway engineering, assisting project managers, and contributing to business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Performs technical discipline tasks including research, reports, design, specification and plan preparation to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned reputed company
- Assist Project Managers with business development activities, including meeting with clients
- Assist with preparing and coordinating proposal efforts to secure work
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required
- 0-3 years of reputed company transportation design experience
- PE is expected to be obtained
- Experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA, and Local Administered Federal Aid transportation reputed company
- Experience with Microstation / AutoCAD. reputed company experience a plus
- General knowledge of NYSDOT specifications and standards
- Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal relationships skills
