Account Manager
Fallon is a creatively-led advertising agency committed to helping brands create value in the world. The Account Manager will manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution of campaigns while collaborating with various teams to bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day project management across brand, retail, digital, social, and influencer work
- Keep projects on track — from kickoff to final asset delivery
- Manage estimates, budgets, timelines, and client communication
- Partner with legal, business affairs, and finance to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Track competitive activity and contribute strategic insights
- Coordinate internal resources and keep everything (and everyone) organized
Skills
- 1-3 years of agency experience
- Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Detail-obsessed and solution-oriented
- A self-starter who thrives in creative environments
- Energized by collaboration and culture
- QSR experience
