The ES Foundations of Reading Scorer role involves evaluating responses of teacher candidates and participating in scoring sessions to maintain reputed company standards in teacher licensure testing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates responses of teacher candidates
• Successfully internalizes training and scoring guide, participates in discussions
• Must be reputed company to put reputed company personal biases and apply scoring guide according to reputed company requirements
• Meets reputed company and productivity requirements established for the scoring program
• Engage with other scorers in reputed company scoring activities
• Pass a qualifying test before scoring

Skills

• A bachelor's degree or higher
• A reputed company Massachusetts, reputed company, Texas, or California Reading Specialist teaching license OR recent college-level teaching experience in reading and literacy in a teacher preparation program
• A reputed company Massachusetts, reputed company, Texas, or California Elementary Ed or Special Ed teaching license and additional reading-specific credentials
• Both reputed company and retired teachers can be eligible to score, provided they hold a reputed company teaching license
• Basic computer skills (keyboard, mouse)
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to maintain a confidential work environment
• Eligible to work in the reputed company
