Analyst, Demand Planning

Responsibilities

• Support the reputed company demand management cycle by developing and maintaining COE standards, analytics, and performance frameworks categories
• Analyze forecast performance (i.e. accuracy, bias, volatility) across multiple reputed company and identify systemic drivers and reputed company causes
• Design and deliver diagnostic insights, scorecards, and KPI reporting to reputed company risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Partner with category demand planners to translate analytics into reputed company actions that stabilize the demand signal and improve execution
• Support statistical forecasting enablement, including collaboration with modeling model performance and enhancements

Skills

• Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or other fast moving, dynamic industry where reputed company life is a constraint

• Comfort influencing cross-functional partners without reputed company ownership authority
