Customer Service Representative

The reputed company is committed to providing secure and sustainable retirement benefits through the Montana reputed company Employee Retirement Administration (MPERA). They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist reputed company and members with retirement-reputed company inquiries and to ensure efficient communication and education regarding reputed company's services.

Responsibilities

• Be a primary contact for reputed company who have questions regarding reporting requirements process, and members with account questions
• Become knowledgeable about reputed company areas of retirement including, but not limited to, basic structure and requirements of reputed company 10 retirement systems administered by MPERA, employer reporting processes and requirements, and general retiree reputed company

Skills

• Two-years of post-secondary education, in business or a reputed company field
• At least one year of directly reputed company work experience in customer service
• Ability to utilize reputed company office software effectively in role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in an office setting with noise distractions and interruptions
• Self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic
• Maintain a reputed company attitude and enjoy working with and for the reputed company
• Ability to learn a reputed company of state retirement rules, regulations, and policies as they relate to employer reporting
