Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients’ insurance and financial protection needs, provide financial education, and recommend strategic solutions that support long-term goals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service-focused support
• Engage new clients using our proprietary training system, strategic networking, referrals, and community outreach
• Execute marketing initiatives that support sustainable growth
• Assist clients with claims, policy updates, and renewals to ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Prepare and present insurance proposals
• Clearly explain coverage options and guide clients toward appropriate solutions
• Conduct detailed meetings to assess insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, policies, and sales activity
• Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory updates
• Maintain or obtain a valid insurance license within the required timeframe

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
• Basic math skills and an understanding of financial concepts are helpful
• No prior finance or insurance experience required—training and mentorship are provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license (typically completed within 1–2 weeks with provided resources)
