The role involves handling reputed company phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, reputed company reputed company, and trials, with a reputed company on catastrophic injury and reputed company litigation cases.
Responsibilities
- Strong research and writing skills
- Experience in reputed company phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, reputed company reputed company, and discovery
- Handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
- Representing defendants in significant exposure cases in numerous general liability areas
Skills
- Strong research and writing skills
- At least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in reputed company phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, reputed company reputed company, and discovery
- Experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required
- Admission to the reputed company and/or reputed company Bars is a plus
- Some insurance defense experience is preferred
- Substantive litigation experience
