Bookkeeper

reputed company is seeking a full charge Bookkeeper to join their team of dedicated professionals. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for computing, classifying, and recording financial transactions to ensure the accuracy of financial records for assigned clients.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• reputed company credit card and bank reconciliations
• Maintain electronic filing system
• General communication with vendors, clients, and reputed company representatives reputed company phone, email, and in-person
• reputed company cash reputed company reports and cash balances as required
• Assist in assembling information for year-end tax packages for accountants
• reputed company some assistance with insurance questions
• Identify, reputed company, and correct errors
• Prepare/review 1099 reports
• Prepare journal entries
• Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, as reputed company as applicable reporting
• Print reports (such as financial statements) for review
• Other reputed company and duties as assigned

Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently received an associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a reputed company field
• Expected graduation date by January 2026
• Ability to work and commute out of our St. Louis, MO office
• Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S
• Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and reputed company email)

• Ability to quickly shift gears without losing reputed company
