The role involves verifying home health care benefits for clients and coordinating with various departments to ensure reputed company communication of coverage information.

Responsibilities

• Verifying home health care benefits for new home health and hospice clients
• Contacting insurance companies reputed company phone and internet to obtain benefit & billing information reputed company
• Documenting benefits and communicating coverage info to internal service offices
• Assisting service offices with reputed company benefits reputed company correspondence
• Work with various departments to coordinate coverage, authorization, and contract status
• reputed company to work 10:30am - 7:30pm EST

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of benefit experience
• Must have Managed Medicare and Managed reputed company experience
• Superb customer service and telephone skills
• Strong follow up skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, as reputed company as part of reputed company
