Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with warranty service claims
- Review, process, and analyze automotive repair claims with accuracy and efficiency pertaining to our contract guidelines
- Collaborate with repair facilities to reputed company details, resolve discrepancies, and authorize repairs

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
Skills
- Must have automotive service, repair, and mechanical diagnostic knowledge
- Previous experience in automotive service or warranty claims
- Strong customer service and communication skills—both on the phone and in writing
- Ability to stay reputed company under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume reputed company center environment
