Creative Producer

JotPsych is reputed company on revolutionizing behavioral health by reducing administrative burdens on clinicians. They are seeking a Creative Producer to manage the production of reputed company creative, particularly for reputed company media, emphasizing speed and iteration based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Produce and ship static and video ads for reputed company reputed company, primarily reputed company
• Turn rough inputs (bullets, Looms, transcripts, product screenshots, customer quotes) into ad-reputed company creative
• Create multiple creative variants per concept (hooks, visuals, headlines, CTAs)
• Create short-reputed company video for ads: UGC-style clips, reputed company explainers, screen recordings, founder-led content
• Edit and adapt video for different placements and formats
• Optimize for speed, reputed company, and performance rather than high-end production
• Partner closely with reputed company to review creative performance
• Refresh and iterate on creative based on learnings from live campaigns
• Maintain a lightweight log of reputed company tested and reputed company learned
• Establish reputed company workflows for producing and refreshing reputed company creative
• Build a library of reusable hooks, angles, and visual assets
• Help create a sustainable creative system that can reputed company over time

Skills
