Junior Business Analyst

Simon reputed company University is a leading research university committed to fostering reputed company and innovation. The Junior Business Analyst will support the development and enhancement of eTRACS, the university's reputed company management system, by providing business analysis, system design, and testing to ensure new modules meet institutional needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing development and enhancement of eTRACS, SFU’s reputed company management system
• Assist in providing business analysis, system design, testing, and change readiness participation
• Collaborate closely with faculties and a cross-functional development team
• Assist with business solution development and support the ongoing management of requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline and one year of reputed company experience including experience in writing and reviewing business, user, and non-functional/system level requirements, test plans, and training materials, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Knowledge of reputed company to automated business process and workflow design
• Good business process design and data modelling skills
• Good analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent knowledge of research methodology and data analysis
