Responsibilities
- Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Taking and defending depositions
Skills
- Admitted to reputed company in reputed company
- At least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in employment law reputed company
- Prior employment litigation experience
- reputed company wage & hour experience (preferably on the management reputed company)
- Comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Employment counseling experience
- In-house employment law experience
