Analyst, Transformation Office

The Analyst, Transformation Office plays a key supporting role in the company's enterprise transformation efforts, assisting with strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal benchmarking in support of business units’ strategic initiatives
• Build financial models and prepare business cases to evaluate strategic options and quantify potential impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and drive rapid execution. Support project management, including facilitating meetings, tracking progress and preparing updates as needed
• Synthesize data and insights into clear and actionable recommendations. Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership
• Monitor the performance of strategic initiatives, develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and value realization

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business, other relevant field, or equivalent
• Internship or early career experience (1-2 years) in finance, strategy/corporate development, or similar analytically-based role preferred
• Robust analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to effectively present to business partners
• Ability to work independently and as a team member under deadline pressures; sets priorities, multitask and respond to changing demands from multiple sources
• Demonstrated planning and organizational skills with a deadline and execution driven focus
