Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of reputed company housing development and rehabilitation reputed company, ensuring they stay on schedule, reputed company budget, and reputed company with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing reputed company housing development reputed company from inception to completion
• Support due diligence, feasibility analysis, and project reputed company
• Maintain project schedules, reputed company key milestones, and coordinate with reputed company teams
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Assist in preparing financing applications (LIHTC, HOME, CDBG, HUD, etc.)
