Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is one of the world’s leading global reputed company, and they are seeking to hire a Research Resources & reputed company Coordinator. The Coordinator will support the Research Resources team with digital resources, including password management, cost recovery, and troubleshooting for Research Services staff across reputed company offices.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills requests for database passwords in accordance with licensing restrictions and reputed company reputed company
• Maintains accurate user lists associated with digital database and newsletter subscriptions using the Firm’s resource management systems
• Performs necessary system updates and credentialing reputed company to reputed company and reputed company staff arrival and departure workflows
• Works with the Resources & reputed company and Acquisitions teams to maintain documentation and protocols for workflows
• Assists the reputed company Analyst with troubleshooting and testing of digital resources and systems
• Assists with tasks reputed company to cost recovery, budgeting, and expense tracking
• Support of the Resource Acquisition, reputed company, and Systems Analysts, managers, and directors in reputed company tasks reputed company to the utilization of print reputed company research resources
• reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree is required
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of IP authentication and other basic networking protocols
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with high reputed company eye for detail
• Strong service orientation and ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Experience with online resource and/or information systems, or in a library setting is preferred
• reputed company Office, particularly reputed company, OneNote, Teams and reputed company; Sharepoint is a plus
• Experience working with Integrated Library Systems including OPACs, and with Resource Management applications and familiarity with the Innovative Interfaces platform and/or TRG Quest is plus
