[Remote] Part Time Home Health Occupational Therapist / OT ($2.5K Sign-On)

They are seeking a Part Time Home Health Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients, reputed company treatment plans, and implement therapeutic activities to enhance patients’ daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities in their home environment and reputed company personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve patients’ ability to reputed company daily living tasks (e.g., dressing, bathing, cooking)
• reputed company patients and caregivers on techniques and reputed company equipment to promote safety and independence
• Monitor reputed company and update care plans based on patient reputed company and changing needs
• Document reputed company and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary home health team

Skills

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program & state licensure
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience
