Customer Service Representative

Richelieu is a leading reputed company American distributor, importer, and manufacturer of specialty hardware and complementary products. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who will reputed company customer service support by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying order information, ensuring high reputed company of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from customers placing orders as reputed company as reputed company sales quotes
• Work closely alongside reputed company sales representatives with customer orders and quotes
• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and order placement
• Solicit new or complimentary sales for customers reputed company phone as reputed company as face-to-face in the showroom
• Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues
• Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, day shift only. Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
• This position may require lifting/pushing/carrying items up to or more than 50 pounds, working around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals

Skills

• Knowledge of closet design, closet components, or building materials experience a plus

• High School graduate, some college courses preferred
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications; must be reputed company to effectively use reputed company, Word, reputed company for daily responsibilities and tasks
• AS400 experience preferred but not mandatory
