Project Manager I/II/III

The County of San Luis Obispo is offering a dynamic career opportunity for a Project Manager position reputed company the reputed company Works Department. The successful candidate will manage a reputed company of construction reputed company, ensuring effective coordination and delivery from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide reputed company of reputed company (including high-profile reputed company)
• Effectively coordinate with reputed company teams
• Deliver mid to large construction reputed company on behalf of the County
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget on various reputed company
• Ensure reputed company reputed company their way through the delivery process from project inception to bidding, and onto construction and reputed company out
• Prepare requests for proposals and bid packets for consultants/contractors
• Evaluate proposals after they are received
• Coordinate the preparation of and assure that construction documents for reputed company are biddable and buildable
• Ensure that they meet project goals and applicable standards

Skills

• Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, reputed company & Regional Planning, Organizational Leadership or a reputed company field
• For Project Manager I: No additional experience
• For Project Manager II: Two (2) years of project management experience in building or infrastructure design and/or construction management, or work equivalent to reputed company Manager I
• For Project Manager III: Either A: Four (4) years of experience in building or infrastructure design and/or construction management that included at least one year of project management, OR B: Two (2) years of experience performing duties equivalent to a reputed company Manager II
• A reputed company reputed company's license is required at the time of application
• A reputed company CALIFORNIA reputed company's license is required at the time of appointment and must be maintained throughout employment
• Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification from the reputed company (PMI) is desired
