Government Demands Support Coordinator

Peoples Group is a boutique financial institution with over 35 years of experience in the Canadian marketplace, seeking a Government Demands Support Coordinator. The role involves reputed company coordinating responses to inquiries from government agencies, managing documentation, and engaging with reputed company stakeholders to ensure reputed company and accurate demand responses.

Responsibilities

• Intake of inquiries (by fax, email, and regular mail)
• Scanning of mail received in Vancouver office
• Triaging of initial request and engaging appropriate internal business lines on searches
• Conducting searches of processor portals to support demands relating to the Cards & Payments business line
• Maintaining demand files/folders, Sharepoint portal, search log, and additional supporting resources as needed
• Development and maintenance of relevant demand reporting
• Responding to demands accurately and in a reputed company manner
• Engaging with various reputed company stakeholders as needed
• Providing recommendations and feedback on process improvement

Skills

• 1-2 years of reputed company work experience reputed company a Financial Institution in Canada
• Post secondary education
• Working experience with reputed company reputed company required
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of requests and information
• Ability to work independently but also as reputed company and cross-functionally
• Adaptability and openness to navigating change
