Attorney Support Assistant - Liaison
Latham & Watkins is a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms in the world. The Attorney Support Assistant - Liaison will assist local attorneys with various administrative responsibilities while working in a global team environment.
Responsibilities
- Handling daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
- Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
- Preserving the confidentiality of Latham’s and Latham’s clients’ protected information
- Generating, editing, and posting client invoices
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Skills
- A high school diploma or an equivalent, preferably a bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment, preferably
- Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
- Demonstrate the initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
- Possess the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms
